Product Warranty for Cabinet knobs and pulls:

At HardwareDirect, we stand by the quality and reliability of our products. We maintain the highest standards of service and responsibility. HardwareDirect warrants all decorative hardware against defects in material and craftsmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the products. In the unlikely event that a product tarnishes, corrodes, rusts, finish becomes chipped/rubbed off or has any other defect, HardwareDirect will refund the value of the item. This warranty is a warranty of replacement only. HardwareDirect does not warrant removal of the product nor installation of replacement product.

This warranty is not applicable if the item has been tampered with, misused, improperly installed, altered from the original form, or damaged through improper transit, cleaning, abuse or accident. All of our decorative cabinet knobs and pulls should not be installed where the product may come in contact with moisture. This includes inside of a shower or bathtub stall. All brushed and machine finishes are created by hand. We hold our product color variation to a high standard, however, a slight variation in the texture/color of these items can occur. These variations are minimal and are not considered to qualify as a defect in the product. If defect occur, please contact customer service at CS@getHWD.com. A description and pictures of the defect will be required in order to take full advantage of the warranty offer.

Cleaning: For best results, use water and a mild soap with a soft cloth. Avoid glass cleaners, general kitchen/bathroom cleaners and other abrasive cleaners, as those cleaners could damage the finish.
