At HardwareDirect, we stand by the quality and reliabilityof our products. We maintain the highest standards of service andresponsibility. HardwareDirect warrants all decorative hardware against defectsin material and craftsmanship for as long as long as the original purchaserowns the products. In the unlikely event that a product tarnishes, corrodes,rusts, finish becomes chipped/rubbed off or has any other defect, HardwareDirectwill send the original purchaser, a replacement product of equal value at nocharge to the customer. If a replacement is no longer available, HardwareDirectwill refund the value of the item. This warranty is a warranty of replacementonly. HardwareDirect does not warrant removal of the product nor installationof replacement product.
This warranty is not applicable if the item has beentampered with, misused, improperly installed, altered from the original form,or damaged through improper transit, cleaning, abuse or accident. All of ourdecorative cabinet knobs and pulls are for indoor use only. Unless specified, decorativecabinet knobs and pulls should not be installed where the product may come in contactwith moisture. This includes inside of a shower or bathtub stall. All brushedand machined finishes are created by hand. We hold our product color variationto a high standard, however, a slight variation in the texture/color of theseitems can occur. These variations are minimal and are not considered to qualifyas a defect in the product. If defects occur, please contact Customer Serviceat (828)326-0887. A description and pictures of the defect will be required inorder to take full advantage of this warranty offer.
Cleaning: For best results, use water and a mild soap with asoft cloth. Avoid glass cleaners, general kitchen/ bathroom cleaners and otherabrasive cleansers, as those cleaners could damage the finish.
