• If you send us a message after noon on Friday your message will be answered and returned on Monday. 

Shipping:

• We ship items within 1 business day after payment is cleared.
• We reserve the right to charge the shipping fee again for returned items due to wrong address supplied by buyer. Any non-received items caused by invalid address is not covered in our full refund or replacement policy.

Return & Refund Policy:

• We stand behind our products. Please notify us of an issue within 14 days after receiving the items.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost for refund or exchange unless it is a result of our mistake (e.g., you received a wrong item). 
• Return items must have all the original packaging and accessories. Please contact us before returning any items.
• Any NON-Seller mistake returns for refund are subject to 20% re-stocking fee.
• Buyer is responsible for the resend shipping cost for any NON-Seller mistake returns for exchange.
• Refund or exchange will be issued only after we received the returned items.
