Shipping

All orders will be shipped via USPS/FedEx to US only address, provided by buyer at time of purchase. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days (see hours of operation below). If an order is returned to sender due to invalid shipping address provided, buyer will be responsible for re-shipment costs. Once an order has shipped, please contact your local post office for any delivery inquiries. 

Return Policy

Tp return your order, please contact taylor@gethwd.com or call our office at (828)326-0887.  All Returns will be accepted within 30 days of receipt of order. Please contact us prior to sending return. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, unless result of seller error (ie. received the wrong product). Returns must be in original poly-bag packaging, with no damage to the product and all necessary pieces included in order to receive full refund. A refund will be issued upon receipt of return.Please note refunds may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
