- Return items must have all the original packaging and accessories. Please contact us before returning any items.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost for refund or exchange unless it is a result of our mistake (e.g., you received a wrong item).

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING ON MY RETURN ORDER?
Unless the item is defective, or we shipped the wrong product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
MY ORDER WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT, WHAT DO I DO?
In the event of transit damage, please contact us immediately at 828-326-0887. Please take photos upon delivery and email them to us ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org and put order number in subject line. Claims for damage will be filed by us on your behalf (USPS or UPS). Please report damaged or missing items with in 2 business days of delivery.
WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY REFUND?
We will process your credit once we have confirmed we have received the return item(s). Please allow up to 2 weeks to your credit to be issued. Credit will be issued to the payment method used on the original order only.
